I recently stayed at the next door Quest Apartments (also recommended) for four nights and was advised by the Quest staff to try Two Cups. We were not disappointed. Its a relatively small wee cafe, a few tables and a bench outside and half a dozen or so tables and a couple of large chairs inside.
The coffee (flat whites) were superb and the breakfasts excellent - fruit n nut toast, bircher muesli (superb) and ham n cheese toasties. They have a wide variety on offer including some rather tempting sweet and savoury muffins and there was a constant stream of locals/regulars stopping by.
The staff were extremely friendly and engaging. Lots of banter and chat with ourselves and the locals everytime we were there. Clearly this is a very popular place and I can understand why.
If you are in the area I can certainly recommend stopping in for coffee or breakfast. A lovely wee place to chill out every morning before we headed off to work.
