This was a wonderful hotel with a great location. We were close to everything and backed right on to Queen Street Mall which was a bonus. The hotel itself was clean and modern and the rooms were very comfortable! Had an amazing stay!

I often stay in Brisbane, but this was my first time in the Hilton. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Turn left and you arrive at Eagle St Pier, turn right and you are in Queen St Mall and then the Southbank. Excellent check-in staff and lobby area. Rooms were very good, but fairly standard for a 5 star hotel. Air conditioning was very noisy. I even tried turning it off, but it still made a lot of noise. In room internet very expensive. I have just returned from 3 weeks in Europe where internet is free everywhere - hotels, restaurants, bars. I needed to log on for 10 minutes to top-up my phone, and refused to pay the minimum 24 hour room rate ($29) so went to the lobby where it was free, but really what is the point? Just give everyone one hour free internet per room. Anyway, I will definitely stay at the Hilton again, as everything else was perfect.

First time at the Hilton Brisbane. I can now compare Hilton in the Gold Coast which is very different to the one here in Brisbane.
Check in online was quick and easy, confirmation email sent very quickly. Arrival via Elizabeth St street level parking welcomed by a fantastic concierge. First impressions were great, then took lift to level 6.
Wow! I loved the lobby it was pure perfection. Reception uniforms excellent. Check-in was quick and easy with lovely customer service. Once I received the key, receptionist said I could visit the VIP lounge on level 25th for drinks and canapés.
Glass lifts to the 24th floor with river views were quick, smooth.. Entered room 2417 I was pleased as it was of very high standards. The beds and pillows were truly an experience just like the ones in the Gold Coast. I'd love to take those beds and pillows home. Little extras? It would be ideal to have bottle water and chocolates with compliments. Hilton should copy the little details from Crown Towers in Melbourne. We live in Brisbane and I am so happy to know we have such a great 5 star hotel. Well done to the Hilton and Management

Really surprised by the great reviews of this hotel.

We are habitual Stsmford guests and decided to try the Hilton on the basis of the good reviews and location. Requested a quiet room on a high floor and we were allocated a room on the second floor of guest rooms with probably the noisiest air conditioner I have ever encountered.

The rooms are obviously renovated but resemble a 3 star Hilton garden inn with a tiny television, no artwork and walls so thin we can hear the neighbors using the bathroom.

Really wanted to love this hotel and must mention the fantastic doorman but sad we missed out on a stay at the Stamford! Will love it even more the next time we're there!

The Hilton Brisbane was an absolute pleasure to stay at. We spent 2 nights there on a weekend away and the staff were professional and the rooms immaculate! I highly recommend upgrading to have access to the Executive lounge when you stay!

Is every hotel room in the world exactly the same? More or less. The Hilton sets expectations high and then deliveres the exact same thing everywhere else does. No surprises, except for the unpleasant one of the price of internet access.

I stayed at the Hilton with my Hilton Honours Gold membership and it was simply amazing. My room was spacious with a lovely view. Eating breakfast in the executive lounge every morning was refreshing and the staff were very professional and pleasant.
It was walking distance to my office and the shops. Highly recommend staying here and will stay her again for leisure.
