Great hotel in an ideal location, just a 15 minute walk to South Bank. Rooms are a bit small and old, but overall had a nice stay and a great choice on the buffet breakfast menu. Polite staff. Parking is available at $27 per night.

I stayed here for 4 nights for my graduation and was very pleased with this hotel. The location is great - 10 minutes walk to Southbank and 5 minutes to Queen St mall and plenty of restaurants for dinner.

The room itself was great - comfy bed and plenty of room for our bags. The bathroom was also a decent size with lots of bench space. The rooms, and indeed the whole hotel, look quite new which was nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful, although having them check the minibar at 8:30am every morning was a little annoying.

The only bad thing I could comment on was the breakfast. We put our breakfast order outside the door the previous night but it never arrived. We called to re-order it which was fine but when it came it was pretty average. We didn't order any food from the menu after that.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Brisbane!!

Room Tip: We were on the 10th floor so had no noise pollution at all - plus a great view over the river

Works well for business traveller and I would imagine holidays; close to city and south bank. I found my room very dark and putting on my make up trying as the light in the bathroom was inadequate for the task in hand! Just wish hotels would get that a well lit mirror is a true tresure,

Starting with the friendly reception area, this hotel was the best we have stayed in. Our room was modern, the bed extremely comfortable, and we loved the day bed to sit/laze on if desired. The hot breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality. They even made you a cappuccino, chai latte etc as part of the service.The location was fabulous- easy walk to the city centre one direction and then to Southbank in the other direction across the bridge. The botanical gardens were also nearby. All in all, a great hotel and highly recommended.
