Our first stay at this hotel and could not fault anything. Directly opposite Central railway station and easy when travelling by train from brisbane Airport.

I cannot be happier nor can I elaborate any further other than "we will be back". Thank you.

Excellent hotel ideally situated close to main areas of B risbane. Central station is across the road giving good transportation options. City bus stops outside of hotel. and a pleasant Anzac park is next door. We had a problem with a noisy fan on the roof above our room and were upgraded for the duration of our stay to an appartment.Bar and restaurant in hotel lobby.

Room Tip: Top floor gives good views and rooms are separated from lifts.

Loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk to the shopping & eating areas in Brisbane. A nice 15 minute walk to the jetty to catch the CityCat too, and when the weather is good, a great half hour stroll to the Botanical Gardens.

The room was pretty spacious. I wasn't expecting the small kitchenette, which was really welcomed. The bathroom was a bit tiny, but manageable.

This hotel is in a great location – right across from the train station, just 2 blocks from the Queen St pedestrian mall.

We had a 1-bedroom unit, which had a fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and a combo washer/dryer unit.

The breakfast was very expensive, but there are lots of reasonably-priced places nearby (or you can pickup breakfast foods at the 7-11, just a block away, and make use of the in-suite kitchen)

Thank you for your comments, following your stay in one of our One bedroom Apartments. We are pleased to read that you found the facilities in the room useful, and we will pass on your comments regarding breakfast to the restaurant owner. At $27 for a full buffet breakfast, our pricing is very competitive when compared to other 4.5 star hotels in Brisbane, but appreciate your view.. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you will return in the future.

I stayed here twice and enjoyed it. The rooms were clean. A minor Complaint- There was meant to be Champagne left in our room on arrival and we had to request this both times we stayed. Overall a good experience.

This is an old building, but the room was updated, and everything worked fine. Staff very friendly and helpful, we had to check out 6 am and was very fast. Excellent location close to rail stations and everything else. The window at the room was very small, almost did not have one, but if using the hotel just to sleep does not matter. Good price/quality relation
