Comfortable enough, but I experienced less than satisfactory service, conflicting information and didn't even get supplied milk to make a cup of coffee. Nescafé 43 only so It might be a blessing.
I was asked to leave a security deposit. I asked why and was told 'for the minibar'. I advised that I did not require a minibar. I offered $100cash deposit and was advised 'we don't take cash' (lol). After advising a manager that I was unwilling to pay (not true), I was then asked for a $50 cash deposit via the shift manager who didn't even have the professional manner to acknowledge my existence. I paid, had to ask for the receipt and proceeded to my room dal free some additional delay to find that in addition to the deposit (for the minibar) that the cupboard to the fridge was locked.
Poor show! Happy for there to be no bar but how dare you keep me from a brew!
Lovely view of all the other nice hotels on Kangaroo Point though, I wonder what their coffee and service is like?More
