Great building, close to everything, modern amenities, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Especially good for an extended stay as rooms have cooking & washing facilities.

The hotel is located in the tallest building in Australia. Only a 10 min walk from the city center or museums. Modern interior with a full equipped kitchen. The spa area has a pool big enough to swim some lanes and nice whirl pool on the first floor. Also the washing machine and dryer are very convenience after some weeks of travel. You will have a huge flat screen, but since is fixed on the wall you can’t reach the HDMI plugs to connect your own devices.
As others already mentioned parking is a little bit difficult. We put our car in a nearby - recommended by the staff - parking house, which is insanely expensive: 70$ for 3 hours!!! But long term parking is cheaper. If you don’t move your car, from the 3’rd day you get a huge discount. We paid 45$ for three days. But this was our last city before flying to Cairns, so it had been cleverer to return the car on the first day and use the nearby airport train to get to and from the airport.

Room Tip: Take a room away from the construction side

I spent 3 nights in an apartment on level 19.

Pros:
- There is a nice amount of space in the apartment.
- I love the floor to ceiling windows.
- It is all brand new.
- Close proximity and within 10 minutes walking distance to the main street in the CBD, as well as having a train station only 2 minutes walk away.
- Small kitchenette with the basic requirements of plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, etc.
- I like that the washing up liquid and utensils are provided.
- There is also a laundry in the apartment which would come in handy for longer stays.

Cons:
- I booked a city view room, hoping to actually have a city view, but it turns out that "city view" only refers to being able to see above the surrounding buildings or not. I had a view of Roma St station which is the exact opposite direction of the city. Disappointment.
- The sofa is hard as a rock (no exaggeration, you literally may as well be sitting on concrete), and I found that I had to watch tv in bed as it was far more comfortable.
- Waiting 10 minutes to collect my luggage from storage when there were 3 staff at the front desk, only 1 of which was actually serving a customer, was another disappointment.
- The shower is not designed very well. You can't have the shower mat in front of the shower door, because the door is so low that it won't open or it pushes the mat away when you open it. Also the shower head kept falling down as it stays up due to some sort of suction design that doesn't seem to work properly.
- I found the pillows to be way too big and high. There were at least 6 or 7 pillows and cushions on the bed and all of them had the same thickness. Surely a variety of pillow thicknesses would be more suitable if having that many pillows on a bed, so that the sleeper has some chance of finding one that is suitable, rather than them all being useless.

Overall, I found the stay to be nice enough, but I highly doubt I will stay here again. I think I would prefer somewhere where you get the view that you pay for, and where its a bit more comfortable and homely rather than new with a clinical feel.

This hotel is amazing! It's still under construction but it never bothered us once. This is/ will be the tallest building in Brisbane and even the locals didn't know it was open. They were very impressed we were staying there, and it was a steal about $110/nt in spring.
If coming from the airport you can take the air train as the station is just a 3 min walk from this hotel, no problems walking with 6 bags /2 ppl. Or the local shuttle bus is the same price.
The room was gorgeous all brand new clean, safe in room, in unit washer and dryer to do all your laundry( hint keep your room key in the slot near the door or it won't run laundry when you leave!) full service modern kitchen, we were on a low floor and had amazing views. Don't miss your opportunity to live this lifestyle. Front desk is 24 hours and always willing to help, even store our bags for 14 hours since we has a late flight.

Room Tip: Try to get a high floor

Our visit to Brisbane was complimented by a wonderful stay at the Meriton Apartments. A one bedroom apartment on 23rd with stunning views down either side of Brisbane River. Beautiful modern apartment in a great location for sites and shopping. Staff were very professional. A great choice in Brisbane.
