I can't rave about this place enough!
Mum and dad had a lovely stay, the beds were like clouds and the food was divine. I was able to join mum and dad every morning for breakfast and everything was absolutely delicious! I loved the little details like yummy lemon cake and choccies in the room every day, having Kate help you plan your days with her extensive knowledge on Brisbane's finest, enjoying the intricately-made antique furniture and glassware... You will be blown away by the whole experience at Number 12 B&B.

Thank you Kate & Neil for making us all feel so welcome, for feeding our little bellies to the brim and for going above and beyond in everything that you do.
Your silver service hospitality and beautiful federation style B&B was an absolute gem to find.
It was lovely to meet you both and make some new friends in my area!
Thank you again,
Lauren Holdsworth x

We recently had the pleasure of an overnight stay at No. 12. Hospitality, cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none. Hosts Kate and Neil are a lovely, down to earth couple - attentive without being intrusive. Afternoon tea on arrival and brekkie the following morning were amazing. This gorgeous B & B is a delight to the senses - you'll want for nothing. We can't wait to stay again. Amanda & Phillip.

Our stay in Brisbane with Kate was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful with freshly baked muffins. The rooms are nicely decorated and immaculate. We would recommend everyone travelling to Brisbane to stay here in this typical Queenslander House.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at Number 12 and had such a wonderful stay! Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was warm and inviting. It's located about a 10 minute walk from the bustling Oxford street with great restaurants and is only a few minutes drive from he CBD. Would recommend hits b&b to anyone.

How refreshing to get service from people that care. Kate was a superb host from the beginning very welcoming and friendly, and made my partner and I feel very spoilt for our 2 night stay. Immaculately kept, scrumptious breakfast, there was nothing that let us down. This is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet area of Brisbane, Very close to the city cat to jump over to the city any time.

Kate and Neil have an amazing . We were only there overnight but left feeling like we made new friends. On arrival , Kate offered her amazing passionfruit sponge with tea, it was divine. The room was stunning and soooo comfortable. But I think it is all the little extras that make it really shine. From the buttery homemade cookies in the room ( and chocolate :), fresh cut flowers, gorgeous decor, peaceful surroundings and beautiful bedding to the understanding that they know exactly how to make you feel at home whilst respecting privacy . Can't wait to go back !!! Thank you Kate and Neil!!

Room Tip: It's hard to choose !
