I see that this hotel has received a few mixed reviews, so I wasn't sure what to make of it, but I was very impressed with the Four Points in Brisbane. The hotel is modern and slick but in a stylish way. The room we had was fantastic.. Great views, king bed and a functional bathroom. Even though the bathroom was on the smaller side and had no bath, I liked how you made use of the small space. Loved the heavy duty blinds as well so we could lie in and not know what time it was outside.
Staff were friendly and assisted where needed. The hotel is in a great spot with it being in walking distance from the city and transport. Also loved being near the Botanic Gardens and Brisbane River.
For me, a no-brainer to stay here again.. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your great feedback following your recent stay at the hotel. I was delighted that you enjoyed your stay and that you found our Associates friendly and welcoming and our service and facilities to your satisfaction.

I note your comments regarding the car parking pricing and although they may seem a little high, they are in line with other hotels in the Brisbane CBD.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Four Points by Sheraton in the not too distant future.

Warm regards

We checked out of this hotel on Tuesday, we had stayed for three nights. We had taken relatives to stay here so had two rooms. The best experience of this hotel were the Valet Team, we were always greeted, always very quick and efficient to return the car to us. Logan was extremely helpful.
There are improvements needed to be made at this hotel!!!
Check in were ok, friendly staff. We had booked two city view rooms. The lamp in the room didn't work, immediately I noticed a hair sticking out of the face towels, clearly obvious without moving anything it were there, also hair on the bed. The rooms were a nice size. Every day we had clean bathroom towels and every day at least one towel had hair on them, two days running these were really long hairs in the folding of the towels!!
The breakfast were extremely disappointing. Staff didn't seem to take responsibility for filling up the area which had the milk, orange juice (I asked for more orange juice as it were that low it would not pour, instead of her going and getting fresh juice she turned it on at angle to pour the last drops). The mugs were too big for the coffee maker so guests were pressing for two cups, which then over flowed and this caused the machine to regularly need emptying. Mugs had dirty marks inside, I put three mugs aside until I found a clean one, went back to the table, looked over and the staff member were just putting them back. We were disappointed with the choice of breakfast food. We checked out early on Tuesday and decided not to bother with the breakfast after the experience of the past two days.
We are frequent travellers, first experience of a Sheraton Hotel and after this experience its our last!!!

When the lady in the Philippines phoned me last month about Re-Joining the Sheraton's Platinum Privilege Club it jogged my memory of hearing that a Sheraton opened a new hotel in Brisbane's CBD. With fond memories of our frequent visits to the Sheraton's original site on Turbot Street I jumped at the chance to relive those halcyon days of Sunday lunches, Friday Dinners and best of all...Denisons on the Top Floor on New Year's Eve!

They offered a 4 month trial period for $99 dollars for me to suss out the new venue at 99 Mary Street. My wife and I called our old friends, also ex-Sheraton Club members, to try out the Sunday Seafood Buffet. For 50% off for using the card we couldn't go wrong on our first visit...we thought.

At first we drove past it, as it's narrow construction half way up the block is not as imposing as it's Turbot St address. It has a narrow lobby with minimalist decor as we ducked around the corner from the reception desk(s). The ''Eatery'' is on the first floor and as we rounded another corner, there it was in all its plain and simple decor with staff-lunchroom furniture and pink patterned wallpaper. It was disappointing to see the former ambiance not in attendance.

The hot and cold buffet choices were good and tempting, as was the seafood section, the dessert station and soup and cheese bench were nicely laid out. The lack of carpeting or wall hangings increased the noise levels as more diners came into the area. The staff were very attentive and the music could've been more instrumental and softer.

Later on, after asking, we were shown a sample room to get an idea of size and decor and it wasn't too bad and was ideal for business people spending some time in the CBD. All in all we enjoyed visiting the Sheraton 4 points but had some doubts if it would become a favorite eating place in future.

Thank you for your comments following your recent visit to the Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. You are correct in that the Starwood Hotel Group has not had a presence in Brisbane since the original Sheraton in Turbot Street was rebranded to a Sofitel over a decade ago. The feedback has been very positive about our new hotel and we were delighted that you enjoyed the Seafood Buffet Lunch and that you found our staff friendly and attentive.

We value your constructive feedback and we hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you back to stay with us on your next visit.

Warm regards

Stayed here for one night on the 25th floor. Very easy check in with luggage storage. Room had a view to the Brisbane River, though this will go in time once a neighboring building is finished. Room is simply a hotel room and smaller in size than most in a Brisbane, however very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Due to the limited time in the hotel, I can not comment on the gym or breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor room.
