“Very sparse”
Reviewed 8 May 2013

There are lot of eating areas, but unfortunantly water suffers from tides. But it is peaceful, lots of area for kids to play, and set yourself up for a nice barbecue. Once again you will need to do your own catering.

“Another community detroyed”
Reviewed 21 April 2013

Nudgee beach used to be an idyllic is spot with a small but friendly local community. However it has been progressively ruined by development not the least of which is the nearby Brisbane Private Airport, the Gateway redevelopment and other intrusive developments.
Do not expect much unless the tide is in for your stay at which time it can be a pleasant spot

“Mosquitoes”
Reviewed 18 February 2013

If the mozzies love you, then take some insect repellent. There's a place to take dogs by the water and some open space to kick a ball. Nothing else.

“Good spot to chill out!”
Reviewed 9 January 2013

Never too busy and if you like the scenery of beach mud flats then this is for you. It is different to most beaches because it is a mangrove mud flat area, but when the tide is out is a nice walk (especially if you have a dog as well - they love it!)

“Lovely so long as you like dogs”
Reviewed 6 January 2013

Best off leash spot for dogs :) Has access to dog friendly beach and also a fenced area for the dogs to run - best at low tide as there is more beach
