We stayed in a suite with a balcony and a huge Jacuzzi tub. Champagne and chocolate strawberries were available upon arrival. Rose petals scattered on the bed and throughout the room! So romantic! Couples massage was fantastic. The staff were polite and attentive.
Great location with good selection of restaurants in precinct and we walked to New Farm and the ferry to Southbank. Only a short bus trip from Brisbane CBD area. The rooms were very nicely furnished and the bed and selection of pillows were great!

Room Tip: Just get the suite, you will love it!

Three night stay in June 2014 for two of us.Great location with good selection of restaurants in precinct and we walked to New Farm and the ferry to Southbank. Only a short bus trip from Brisbane CBD. Rooms were very nicely appointed and the bed and selection of pillows were as good as found anywhere in the world. Complimentary water provided each day with bed turn down service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the cocktail bar downstairs and the pool on the roof. Only minor complaint was not being able to open a window (double layered probably to eliminate noise) and the fan in the bathroom was a bit annoying. Very minor items only. Would return again

My husband and I decided to go away for the weekend for our 4th wedding anniversary. I chose this hotel as it was rated second best in Brisbane (should be the first!) We went all out. A suite with a balcony and a huge jacuzzi tub. Champagne and chocolate strawberries upon arrival. Rose petals scattered on the bed and throughout the room. The looping crackling fireplace on the TV with soft piano music playing in the background was a nice touch (we left it on the entire weekend). Couples massage. All I can say is WOW!!!! From the moment you exit your vehicle at the valet you are treated better than royalty! Every single staff member went above and beyond. The suite was very spacious and immaculate. The gym was nice and we even had it to ourselves a few times. The in-suite dining was to die for! We had a romantic in-suite dining experience on our first night and then breakfast in bed the next morning. All food ordered was exceptional. We also went to the Italian restaurant next door (highly recommended also) and the French pastry shop too (also VERY good!) I can't recommend this hotel enough. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and I'm counting the days until we return! Thank you Emporium Hotel for a fabulous weekend! <3

Room Tip: We were in suite #708. One of the best rooms at the hotel. Close to the pool and gym entrance as we...

We had a delightful night a few weeks ago at the Emporium and plan to book again next week on our way up to the Sunshine Coast. The bed was soooooo comfortable, room was quiet, great decor and the bar was something else. The Italian restaurant next door is great as well.

Although the Emporium sits at the higher end of the hotel cost spectrum for Brisbane CBD location I would recommend travellers stay here at least one. Combing new modern architecture with old worlds touches like embodied slippers and French maid turn down service the emporium is certainly worth the investment. Im always happy to stay here for both business and pleasure

I've stayed at The Emporium a number if times now and it never failed to impress. The whole precinct offers all you need for a comfortable visit to Brisbane. Friendly, professional staff and incredibly well appointed rooms all add up to a pleasurable experience.
