“看起來像亞馬遜河一樣的美麗內海灣!! Amazon like beautiful Trinity Inlet”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

This trip is sooooooooo worth it, not they provide good food and free coffee or tea, the staff on the boat were very friendly and helpful!!
The trip started from the Trinity wharf and goes into the Inlet, the water is very calm, even for a big vomiter like myself, I was able to have a relaxed day on the boat without taking any seasick tablets.

The whole trip was accompanied by the skipper's commentary, which I think it's amazing as he probably would be doing this repeatedly day after day, yet, he didn't sound bored at all :)
I learnt a lot about Cairns by going on this boat trip, learnt things I didn't know existed around Cairns... It's very informative!

The best part is when getting into the small streams of the Inlet, the whole scenario uplifted, it looked and felt like we were on Amazon river, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Even though I came from NZ I still felt I was touched by the scenery.

Overall, for its value it's definitely worth doing it if you are looking for a relaxing tour and learn more about Cairns!!

Oh we saw a live crocodile by the mangroves, about 2.5 meters long (see my photo), and it's the first WILD crocodile I've seen in my entire 2.5yrs living in Australia, in the WILD! Real one! Untrained!!!

“Nice Harbour Cruise & Dinner”
Reviewed 8 August 2014

We enjoyed the 1 1/2 hour harbour cruise that left at 5.30pm and booked it in conjunction with an arranged dinner on the waterfront - relaxing and certainly the way to prepare for a great dining experience. Welcomed on to the boat with a choice of wine, beer or other plus a selection of nibbles - all very nice.

“Inlet Cruise”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

A nice little 2 hour cruise of the inlets of Cairns Harbour. Hoping to see a crocodile or 2 but that was not to be on our trip. Good to hear about the history of the estuaries and see the scenery, industry etc there.

“Interesting commentary”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

Cairns inlet is not necessarily the most beautiful place to look at but the cruise which operates just on dusk is informative and worth a look. They serve drinks and nibbles on board (you pay for the drinks) The cruise goes along slowly as the commentator gives history and tidbits of information about Cairns. They 'attempt' to find crocodiles on the banks of the inlet in the mangroves but we did not see any. It's something to do in the evening on your way to dinner. The boat leaves from the Marina which is right where the main restaurant area is in Cairns.

“Nice night”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

This was a nice way to spend an evening. We did go in July when it gets dark at 6.00pm so we were in darkness for most of the trip.Probably a cruise at this time should leave at 4.00pm. The complimentary wines and beers on arrival were well above average and the boat and seats were comfortable. The commentary, while knowledgeable could have been less about the local hotels and more about the flora and fauna. Private chats with the skipper were far more informative and interesting.
