We have just left Cairns after a two week stay at this park and I must say it has been the most pleasant visit of the three times we've been there. The new owners are so helpful and friendly, they couldn't have done more to make our stay restful and stress free. We were booked into a powered site which was shady and private while my son and daughter stayed in a cabin which they found clean and comfortable. The grounds are just lovely, very lush and green - the pool area and camp kitchen are set out beautifully with a spacious seating area which was very popular with everyone there. The park is situated in a lovely part of Cairns, close to the lake, tourist areas and very close to the supermarkets and a short drive to the CBD and airport. We are travelling with two little dogs and had no problem with them at all so we were all happy! I would not hesitate to recommend this park and we will certainly be returning in the future. Thanks Roger and Michelle!!
