The house-made pasta dishes with seafood were as good as they sounded and the highlight of dinner. In one case the wrong dish was delivered to the table, but this was quickly rectified with the waiter (who overall provided good service) happily accepting he'd got it wrong (unlike another restaurant in town where the smallest complaint drew a dummy-spit from the waitress).
The atmosphere is neither better nor worse than similar restaurants in Pt Douglas - crowded, noisy, outside tables on the roadside, etc. But you can do a lot worse.
