We ate here over Easter and found it outstanding. While it is certainly not intimate fine dining with intriguing combinations of flavours, the food quality was excellent. The scallops on the tasting plate where some of the best we have ever had anywhere and the oysters lovely. The chefs cooked a dozen Kilpatrick to order for me. The Coral Trout was also wonderful. The truly unique thing about this buffet is the ability to interact with the Chefs, order variations, and watch their techniques. Without a doubt the best buffet we have ever eaten at...... best restaurant maybe not but it would be up there.
