Had dinner here on the weekend. Staff were great. Food was delicious.

Interesting concept on the 'buffet'. Not as many choices as your standard buffet but in my opinion better quality. You can ear as many prawns, mussels and crabs as you like. On top of that, they make a tasting plate which was sooo good. At the moment it is calamari, prawns, pork belly and scallops. Yum!

You can also order the steak, salmon and ocean trout to order.

Only criticism is that since they market this as an 'interactive' buffet. The chefs could be a little more 'interactive' and offer you a tasting plate or ask if you would like anything. It was awkward at times when you stood there for ages and no one asked you if you would like anything. That adjustment would greatly improve the experience.

That said, food was delicious and an interesting concept of the usual run of the mill buffet.

What an amazing experience! We visited this awesome restaurant twice in 3 days. Food was sensational and nothing was to much drama, hats off the the chefs Val and Alex and also our friendly waitress Cassie. Definitely worth the experience. Just don't have lunch if your planning on going there for dinner

We saved ourselves for most of the day as we knew we were going to have the buffet for dinner. There was a vast selection of salads, seafood, hot food, tasting plates and desserts as well as the chefs having the ability to cook a steak or fish to your liking. Although there is a vast selection, some of the dishes were hit and miss. The cauliflower bake was overcooked and cold and the dessert selection was clearly frozen and defrosted for service as when the chefs topped it up and I took a bite of my chocolate éclair it was still frozen! Other than those two dishes, the service is great and efficient and the chefs are all so friendly and even delivered the share plates to our table. Not bad value for $65 p/p.

Great food and service, we stayed and had multiple visits. Fantastic. The policy is unlike any other restaurant. They have chefs on hand and if they have the ingredients, they will make whatever you want !!!

What a great experience. A great selection of salads, fresh seafood (crab, oysters, prawns), hot food and dessert. The highlight was when the chef brought out the testing plate with Japanese Scallops (Huge) with wakame and a beetroot puree, pork belly beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. Chef came out and brought out it out in person. Great guy.... We will be back no doubt
