Arrived for a 2 night stay in a spa suite. The room was small but had everything you needed and looked like the photos.
The breakfast was disappointing though, just continental with bread and packet cereal!! You had to pay extra for a hot breakfast...think I've already paid enough for the room.

There were a lot of families with children but that wasn't really an issue...until you went to go for a sun lounge round the pool!! Towels on ALL sun loungers (with no one lying on them) by 6am every morning.

Never stayed at a peppers hotel and I thought it was a couples hotel and it's certainly not, it's not catered for kids ie: kids club etc and the pool is sophisticated not child orientated but it's definately a place for families.

If I were to come again I would come when it wasn't school holidays!!

Stayed for 2 nights. We were in a one bed appartment, ie a bedroom and a separate lounge. Very nicely appointed, modern, clean and with views over the internal lagoon/pool.Only a block from the main area with all the shops and restaurants. If I had to fault we ate in both nights and to be honest the food was not up to much. Also no one showed us to the room so we had to work out where all the switches were for things and found it hard to work out how to use the TV. Strongly recommended though.

We stayed at Peppers Beach for 5 nights after the long trip from the UK to Australia via Singapore & Brisbane. Had a one bedroom suite which was spacious, well equipped (BBQ grill etc) & had a balcony overlooking the pool. Great location for a visit to Barrier Reef & Daintree Rain Forest - MUST DO's;a few minutes stroll into town which is lovely; very close to beach which is fabulous - watch out for stingers & crocs in the summer season - only swim in marked areas - don't be tempted to paddle!

Room Tip: Worth upgrading to a one bedroom suite.

While on a cruise tour of Australia and New Zealand, we were lucky enough to stay at the
Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas. Since three of us were traveling together, we lucked out
and were put in the Penthouse Suite. And sweet it was! It was actually an apartment with sleeping
quarters, a fully equipped galley kitchen (which we utilized), a dining and living room area and a
wonderful patio complete with seating and grill. The property was attractive and well maintained.
The pool even had a beach style sandbar. The pool was visible from the breakfast area and the
food was good. The staff was very helpful and anticipated needs. We hated to leave!

Room Tip: Everyone in our group liked their rooms but the Penthouse Suite is fabulous.

We stayed a week in October. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and attentive to our all needs, which was helpful as my wife has a walking disability. We were in a spa suite on the same level as reception. The room was spacious which enabled us to keep our mobility scooter in the room. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and admiring the beautiful pool area. It is a perfect location for eating out in the evening, as it was only a short walk to reach the shops and restaurants.
