“Good value for location I will be Back!”
Reviewed 8 March 2014

Fantastic, Value for money. Stayed here 3 nights.
The Ladies on the front desk are happy to answer any of your question, across the road is the beach and restaurants are just with in walking distance including night clubs.
There is a balcony to stand out on and people watch while watching the waves roll in.
I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor, very big and the bedroom was separated from the living/dining kitchen area. The kitchen had all the equipment required including a dishwasher. The bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub with washer and dryer.
Security is very controlled here key to get in the foyer area after hours to your key only allowing you get to the floor our staying on.

The only real negative that i found was having to pack my bag to go home.

Zenith apartments is a great place to stay. it was the perfect place to stay for me, my partner and our 5 friends and family :) we loved our apartments which was modernly furnished and had great air conditioning such good value for your money.

In the 3 bedroom deluxe that we stayed in you had great views of every side of the apartment, the beach and the city, and two large decks to enjoy the views. It is also right next to the beach and in the center of surfers, so close to shops, food and night clubs.

The staff and office are so helpful and friendly, we were all blown away with how amazing the accommodation and staff were :) will definitely be staying there again and cant wait. forgot to mention it also has a great indoor and outdoor pool and also a spa pool which we used most days of our trip.

Room Tip: if you are not used to heat (30 degrees and up) i suggest getting a room with air con :) also not su...

We had 3 family members and their families stay here from 22nd to 29th Dec. 2013. We were on 3 different levels. The Units at Zenith are all privately owned which means some are furnished and look better than others.

Family No.1 stayed on the 4th floor in unit 4 which was classed as original. It had 3 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, kitchen, laundry, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air con in the main living area. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea wasn't that great because of the trees and being on level 4. This apartment was clean but it really needs a make over for the asking price. My brother who stayed in this unit said he would stay at Zenith again but not if this was the only unit available.

Family No. 2 stayed on the 21st floor in unit 4 which was classed as original but it had some updating done to it. It had 3 bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, kitchen, laundry, no air con but had ceiling fans, being so high up my sister said it was cool enough with the sea breeze. Views were fantastic and they were really happy with their unit and would stay again.

We stayed on level 20 in unit 1 which was a sub-penthouse. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a main bathroom, lounge/dining area, TV room, bar, kitchen, laundry, 3 balconies all with stunning views and air con throughout. We used this unit as our extended family get togethers each night and on Christmas Day (up to 20 people), there was plenty of room for everyone. There were a number of light bulbs that were blown especially in room 2 and need replacing, A dripping noise in the main ensuite drain as well as the flush button on the toilet sticking each time and some doors in the kitchen that need to be realigned so they close properly but apart from these things we were very happy and would definitely stay again in this unit.

In all 3 units we all commented that the beds were way too hard which took a bit of getting used to and that some of the sliding doors/windows were very hard to open because of the salt build up.

The amenities were great, indoor pool and spa, gym, tennis court, outdoor pool and a lovely covered clean bbq area. The position of the apartments was fantastic. We were close to everything including Cavill Avenue and didn't really need to use the car. There were also night time markets right out front on the esplanade.

The managers were lovely and very helpful even to being able to give us extra car spaces when we needed it.

Please note - all photos were taken from Level 20 Unit 1.

Room Tip: don't pick original, standard or deluxe would be better and on a higher level for great views

We have stayed at Surfers on many occasions and are delighted to have found this perfect gem. From the moment you walk into Reception and be welcomed by joint Manager's Shona and Cheryl, you know you have come to the right place. Cheerful, helpful and friendly they are such a pleasant change to some other Surfers Paradise Reception staff who are reincarnations of Basil Faulty where you're almost fearful to say that you have a booking and you're checking in. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Deluxe and it was excellent.....clean, well appointed with all commodities you want or need for a comfortable stay. Its such a nice change to find that everything is provided for. Sure beats having to go walkabout around Surfers shops to find basic items like can openers and other daily kitchen requirements that you would expect to find but simply aren't provided for......or have been pinched by other guests and not replaced during an inventory check. And joy of joys...Zenith have dedicated car parks for each unit. What a pleasant change - no more driving back after a day out somewhere and having to fight for a car park or worse having to park out on the street somewhere. Zenith has an indoor pool and gym, and spa and outdoor pool, but that doesn't matter as the main Surfer's patrolled beach is directly across the road. Also has a tennis court and bbq area. Cavill Mall, the heart of Surfers is 2 minutes walk away as are more shops and restaurants that would satisfy the requirements of most visitors. Zenith is an absolute gem and we recommend it for anyone seeking accommodation in Surfers Paradise.

Room Tip: Ask for an east facing room so you catch the morning sun and have a great view of the main beach

Stayed on the 20th floor, there were 7 of us. Very spacious!
View was amazing! 3 balconys. 1 facing the mall, 1 facing the beach and one in the middle.
The furniture went well together, probably not the most comfortable but wasn't a problem as there were plenty of places to sit!
Apartment needs a bit of maintenance; cracks on walls/doors.
Ensuite shower had a bit of mould.
We were given 3 USED toilet rolls.. which wasn't the part that bothered us.. just knowing there were 7 people coming and thats all we had. Was given more on our last night.
receptionist was very nice! Smiles all round.
Maintenance man came to our room during and after hours (even at 12am) with no attitude. Very polite and seemed happy to help.
Very lovely people.
Location is great!
Pool had a bit too much chlorine. Discolored some clothes but was still nice.
Only thing that seemed to bother us was having to call the after hours line. The lady was very rude which could only make matters worse, considering you are calling because there is a problem.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will go back again. (:
