Had to be one of the worst meals, after ordering the Rib Fillet with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, topped with pan-fried scallops and tiger prawns in a creamy garlic sauce We received what looked like rump steak with an extreme amount of fat through-out, 1 scallop, NO potatoes. Once brought to their attention, nothing was done about the cut of meat. They then brought out a small dish with 2 quarters of a single potato. The wine was poor. Far from a nice meal

We dined at Flux Restaurant on Sunday 07Aug2011. We were waited at the desk to be seated for about 8 minutes until we waved someone down to greet us. We were then sat at a table for two next to another couple whos table was 30cm away from ours, not only did we bump into their table and nearly spilt there drinks but we also heard every word, breath and snort they made. We were seated at the tables with no menus and after waiting 13minutes we had to wave someone down to give them to us and he looked very surprised as to why we didnt have them to start with. We decided to order garlic bread and water with him before he gave us our menus. We had a quick look and waved down another waitress to take our order where we decided to get a bottle of wine and a seafood platter for 2. it was $75 for 6 small prawns, 2 oysters, 2 mussells and then some deep fried squid, prawns and fish. It was so not worth it - DO NOT EVEN BOTHER LOOKING at it. after 20 mins of the platter arriving i had to approach the bar to get water as my initial order never turned up and neither did the garlic bread. Walking up to the desk to settle the bill they turned around and charged us for the garlic bread, i advised them we never received it and they just looked at me and said "oh" no apology, no thanks for dining, no "how was your meal'.
VERY POOR FOOD, VERY POOR SERVICE, WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND.
