We paid for a non sea view but got a Seaview anyway. Lovely 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the sea and down to Cavill Mall. So central to all you need. Great restaurants. Great Service. If you are looking for a budget conscious holiday I recommend these apartments. They are 3 star so expect a little tired in parts but extremely comfortable.

I thought it might be noisy as its right by everything but really wasn't

Room Tip: Get a sea view its worth it.

Wow... Reception closed at 4.30 so by 5pm I was a "late check in". I had to stand in the street and read out my credit card details to someone, despite having pre-paid for my room. My room was old, tired and "stressed" and the carpet must have been second hand. I don't know what type of granite they made the bed from but it was beyond firm! It was two singles together and by 3am I was between them both.
Now all that said, the location was great, the views of the neighbouring hotel were amazing and entertaining, and the car park was a real bonus. I did not turn on the TV because I just watched the backpacking neighbours hotel for fun! There were arguments, pick up merchants, sex maniacs, drunks, bikies, and perverts and it was engrossing. One couple were going at it with the lights on and at least 6 rooms had balconies full of people dancing and drinking. Young blokes were trying to pick up girls in the spa, a girl was doing yoga on her balcony and two neighbours were yelling and throwing stuff at each other! And . . . it was not even schoolies. Loved it!

Room Tip: Get a room facing South for the free entertainment.

A lot had changed since we were last there. The room needed cleaning, no a good spring clean. The dining furniture needed replacing as did the bathroom. I did complain & I got results. The GM, Brandon & his receptionists, Julie & Dianne were amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure all was put to rights. I do realise that many of the units are privately owned & to get owners to refurbish is difficult at times. Jack & his off sider do a wonderful job too....we loved the jokes Jack! Keep up the good work all of you above mentioned, we will be back.

Reading the various comments were not expecting too much. However, we had a well appointed apartment with 2 double settees and timber dining table in a very large lounge area. Comfortable bed, large bathroom etc. Very large tv also.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days here. Were able to leave the car garaged with so many restaurants etc all within walking distance. Couldn't have picked a more central location. Very pleasant staff, It makes it difficult when each apartment is individually owned so some may not be up to standard, but we were very happy with ours and at approximately $65 per night, was an absolute bargain.

Stayed a week. Very noisy but I guess that's what you get being in the middle of Surfers. We'd traveled all day and been really looking forward to a bit of luxury when we arrived but were bitterly disappointed. Obviously one of those in need of refurbishment, it was stuck in the 80's, and nothing like the pictures on the website. The furnishings were minimal and shabby without the chic, to top it off it wasn't that clean. It was sited right beside where everyone disposed of their rubbish and by the end of the week there was a distinctive smell outside the door.
The jacuzzi and pool on the first floor where very nice and it was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the nightlife below. The staff were personable, but we only saw a housemaid once, and that was by accident in the hall (they must be a rare species and seem very timid, perhaps nocturnal?).
Its a shame, because it has such a good location, that it is so run down. The house keeping really needs to be sorted. Old and shabby doesn't have to mean dirty.

Room Tip: Apparently some of the rooms have been upgraded. Ask for one.
