The location is fantastic. The apartments are spacious esp. the living room.. This place is good for a short vacation. Yes we did notice a few blips here and there, but overall it was a good stay.. not bad..

My husband, myself and our 2 kids have just come home from a family holiday. We stayed at Paros on the beach for 10 night and it was great. It is clean and tidy and has great apartments. We have stayed there for the last 5 years and have had no problems with anything. We have had other family members stay there and they have just book in again for next year. It is in a great spot and close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. We will be staying there again next year because the places is great and the staff are very helpful. When we were there we spoke the a couple that said that they have been staying there for the past 15 years, so that should be saying something about the place. We recommend this place to everyone that asked where we stay and so do my kids.

Myself, my Husband and my 3 young children have just returned home after staying 4 nights at Paros on the beach, The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, It is an older style apartment, but great none the less. The owners were great to deal with. The Location is amazing, it is literally right on the beach. We stayed in a garden view room but still had small views of the beach. Price of the apartment was great and the undercover secure parking is free!!!!! We will definately stay there again. The apartment had everything in it that we needed. Thanks Paros on the beach, our stay was GREAT.

Room Tip: Next time we stay we will pay the little extra and get a beach view room :)

Paros on the Beach is literally right on the beach - the only thing between us and the water was sand! Just far enough off the main drag of Surfer's that is was not insanely crowded, but only about 50metres from a surf lifesaving station, so swimming was good and it was only a ten minute stroll to get to the hub of Surfers with their restaurants (and bars, if that is your scene). Went with the family - the apartment we had was fabulous. Very spacious and well set out to catch the breezes and the sound of the surf and the lounge looked out over the beach. Most of the units were owner occupied as it was the Easter holiday - we lucked out and had a unit that the owner obviously had invested a lot of money in. Flash appliances and very comfortable beds and furniture (the second bedroom had bunkbeds). Only slight inconvenience was the office was closed when we got there and my husband had to ring the manager's number four or five times before anyone came to give us a key - but when they were in, they were very pleasant. Oh, and the lift didn't seem to be working, but we were only one flight up so it wasn't a big deal. Great place for a vacation with teenagers - would recommend.

Room Tip: All the rooms have a beach view - we had unit #5 which was excellent

We stayed at 2 bedroom garden apartment. Stayed for 6 nights of 8 before checking out and going to breakfree beachpoint.

Large upfront fees
-Dirty, dusty rooms which obviously had not been cleaned.
-no cleaning supplies provided except a dirty mop
-$1 per toilet roll, we were left with what remained from the previous guests.
-no air conditioning, very hot with no ventilation in bathrooms.
-on the first day when we got there the blind in the shower fell down which was patched up by the staff promptly with garbage bags and tape.

-DVD player and hairdryer were not provided although misleadingly stated on the Paros website.

- fans had 2 settings, extremely fast and off.

-door to ensuite fell apart because there was no ventilation in shower. Did I mention there was more rust than the titanic?

Don't go Paros! Go break free.. They were pleasant giving us a perfect room free coffee vouchers on arrival and only $20 more for bigger rooms.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the 4th floor- Unit 29-rated as garden view but had surf views between the block of units in front. Older 60s-70s style units with 2 modern bathrooms (shower only), large open plan living area and verandah,,, showing it's age ( sliding doors) but very spacious and functional. Well equipped kitchen and separate laundry. Nice lap pool and tennis court. Direct access to beach

This apartment was a little old but very clean and suitable for my family including 3 children aged 7,9 and 12. The kitchen was clean and welll stocked with utensils etc. with a full size fridge. having a washing machine and dryer was very handy.
The children loved the tennis court and we walked on the beach every day. Just 5 minutes walk along the beach or 10 minutes along the road is a fabulous surf club with great prices and great food, we ate there nearly every day.
My husband and I enjoyed the humungous king sized bed not even noticing when the children crawled in!!!
Its positioning is great with plenty of things to do within a half hour drive and the main street only 5 minutes one way and Pacific Fair (huge shopping centre) 5 minutes the other way.
The staff were friendly and accomodating.
