We stayed at the Adabco for a total of 4 nights in March, 2012 and enjoyed the warm hospitality and well furnished, immaculate rooms. We used the laundry facilities (clean) and the kitchen on the second floor (very well stocked and clean). The Adabco is within walking distance to the downtown area and the market if you want to buy groceries. This is definitely a "Boutique" hotel with plenty of character and charm.
We would give this hotel a 4.5 simply because although the breakfasts were included and fairly ample, they were basic.
