This restaurant is in the middle of the very popular eating dining precinct of Waymouth St. This area has an abundance of choice and you would not be disappointed dining at Press. The restaurant offers 2 areas of dining. The upstairs area is more formal with seperate tables, while down stairs is set up as long benches which is shared with your fellow diners. We ate downstairs.
What is consistent is both areas have the same menus so one doesn't miss out wherever one dines.
We visited on a crowded night but were able to walk in and find 2 spots for dinner.Very popular after the football !!! The menu offers lots of choices and my wife raved about the duck dish of roast breast ,confit and a wonderful side of red cabbage. My choice of Roast pork belly with a celeriac puree was also outstanding.
Even though the restaurant was full the service was attentive.
For a good night out ,look no further…
