We booked a room for a Saturday night at this hotel as we were in town to see a show at the Festival Theatre. I upgraded our room for a suite on the 4th floor (for an extra $50) and had a big bright corner room on the west side of the building complete with large TV lounge area, small self contained kitchenette, large separate king size bedroom area complete with another TV and big en suite bathroom ! Well worth it if you don't mind paying the extra money ! The front desk staff were very polite and friendly during check in and also in the buffet breakfast area the next morning in the Bistro which was well worth getting up early for on a Sunday morning ! The only downside to our stay here was the noise level at night coming from the busy city street life down below ! You could hear the noise and music coming from the pubs and clubs outside when you turned your TV off ! Next time we will ask for a quieter room on a higher floor. But saying that, this is a Great Hotel for Value and Location for all of Adelaide's many Attractions !
