stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during a trip through Australia.
Location is ok, though the hotel is directlz at the North Ter, which is a loud street also during night time, so zou cannot sleep with windows open (at least you can open windows).
Got an upgrade when we arrived, so we had a small suite. Room was ok, but not particular nice, a bit old, and the sleeping room did not have a window, it was behind the living room area.
Hotel has a gym and a pool. Gym is small and equipment is old. Pool is small as well, 15 m or so, nothing for a swim.

Stayed here the weekend of the 25th Sept. as part of our 5 week trip. excelent accommodation good location , staff were top quality. Good sized well appointed room, staff sorted out a reservation for us on the Satrurday at the River cafe which is 5 mins away by taxi it has a modern Italian menu, a great location and good service. Would recommend both without hesitation

My partner and I stayed at the Sebel for a work function and we weren't dissapointed!
On arrival we were upgraded to a Loft Suite facing North Terrace! (1802)
Our room was ready, clean and perfectly made up. There were Ferero Rocher chocolates and a strawberry and truffle platter waiting for us.
The room was a stunning 2 level apartment with spa bath and a tv upstairs designed to be especially watched in bed. The kitchenette (even though we didn't use it) was well equipped to cater for in room cooking.
We had a chance to look around at the facilities, but unfortunately didn't have time to use them. The fitness centre looked amazing, as did the swimming pool.
The buffet breakfast was especially satisfying, with us both being excited over the automatic pancake making machine.
The conference facilities were just as high standard as the room and staff, with amazing meals and a great set up.
As we're from Adelaide, I guess the location was great for the nightlife. We walked to the casino, which was useful. The staff were friendly and the facilities were beyond amazing!
I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who wanted to spoil themselves!

The service we received was some of the best I have come across in all my travels. From the moment we walked in the door they could not have been more helpful. The location is great with the free tram and bus leaving from just across the road and the tour we went on left from the hotel next door. We had room 315 which was quiet and looked out over a courtyard and then when we returned later in the week had room 209 which was huge with a spa bath and large shower.
If you can get the breakfast included (we did through a wotif.com deal) it is well worth it as there is everything you could ever want and more.

Adelaide is quite a dull place and this hotel is in the centre of the dullness. For the money charged it is OK but to charge $25 a day to use the internet is nothing short of scandalous for a hotel of this price. Breakfast is good and staff friendly

Located quite centrally but also at the back near 'red light' district. Our room was clean well furnished and had quite a good view. The concierges didn't seem to know much about public transport I'm sure all guests do not hire cars or use taxis always. A bit of homework for them would be good. The Air Con. was v. cold in the public rooms and as it was v. cold outside not at all good. All round quite good value though. Don't get a private car from the airport the taxis are all the same and much cheaper we were given wrong information by the hotel.
