I stayed overnight on business in this old style hotel located in Adelaide's CBD. The hotel is within walking distance of a wide range of restaurants nearby - I went to and recommend Maya Masala Indian Restraunt on Market Street. On entering the hotel lobby I was assisted by Gary who was friendly and welcoming. Gary offered me a great deal on a full breakfast, wi-fi access and a drink/coffee from the bar - all for around $27.00!! The room was a king size deluxe, had a comfortable bed and was very spacious. An interesting feature in the room was the see-through internal glass wall between the bathroom and the living space - not sure why you would want this feature other than to watch tv from a hot bath. In any case, the glass wall sort of modernises without distracting from the older style character of the room. Breakfast in the morning was great without being extravagant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again next time I'm in Adelaide.

We stayed here last Saturday night. The rooms are very good for the price. The staff are poorly trained though - we ordered some bubbly and it came without flutes or glasses - which we had to ask for. The staff in the corner bar are very inexperienced; there were only two types of very poor white wine available on the wine list. Also there was quite a bit of noise coming from the street. Still I would go back - great value and great bathrooms and rooms. Tip - join the eclub and you get 5% off. We've done that and also will use for next Melbourne visit.

Stayed here many times now.
Rooms are good. Beds are good and as
Are the bathrooms.
The cleanliness can be hit and miss. Always clean but when staying more than one night te from service is hit and miss.
Food from room service is good but pricey. Quick order breakfast recently introduced this is good with good coffee. Better than going to the restaurant.
Check out can be slow after 8am.

We stayed for one night for a 'night away' and used a voucher we had purchased which included breakfast and internet usage. The hotel is modern with stylish and classy decor. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us with any question we had. This is an absolute credit to the hotel. Please ensure you value your staff because THEY made our stay great.
The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and very modern. The pool was nice and the spa and sauna very good. I also used the gym which was reasonably well equipped (although it desperately needs a decent treadmill).
Now, to my minor complaints - Hot water??? No such thing. The shower, basins and baths only offered moderately luke warm water... Very strange! the only other thing was the room air conditioning. It didn't seem to work very well for a new system. The room always felt hot to me. Come to think of it, maybe this is why they don't offer hot water. You heat up in the room and have to cool down in the cold shower. Anyway, aside from these things the stay was great. Thankyou Rendezvous.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony.

Good welcome at entrance-car looked after and staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful. The room on the 17th floor was excellent. Very spacious with a large bathroom, clean and nicely furnished.
Just wish they wouldn't have the Air Con so cold. Breakfast was a little disappointing though-not loads of choice.
Good location.

: I enjoyed my stay in Adelaide and really liked this hotel - - my (upgraded) room was large and very nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a great chair and ottoman with a good light for reading! This alone makes the hotel rate right at the top in my book. I had a little balcony, but there was nothing to look at so didn’t use it (but the fresh air was appreciated). There was lots of storage for my stuff and a nice credenza for making coffee. The bathroom was very large with a deep tub and big glassed-in shower, everything modern and nice. The elevators were fast and prompt. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food although the restaurant looked pretty fancy and pricey. The staff seemed to be nice and efficient, but the only thing special that I asked them to do for me was to heat up leftovers from my dinner the night before (which they did cheerfully, putting my “doggie bag” in a nice china dish and providing cutlery). The location is good: 1 block from a tram stop so its easy to get around; 3 blocks to a street full of dozens of restaurants and the fantastic Central Market and 3 blocks to the fun Rundle Street pedestrian mall; 1 miles or less to beautiful parks and the Torrens River. Their wifi was excellent and I was allowed 3 hours of free access each day. Unlike many other Aussie hotels, wifi was accessible from my room.
