“Very informative”

There are many statutes on North Tce. You can take time to visit each one and learn about the person in the history of Adelaide. There are several places to visit on North Tce: Old Parliament House Museum, State Library, Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide University, etc.

this is one of the main streets in the city of adelaide and home to our cultural buildings. here you will find the museum, art gallery, library and main university. all containing wonderful old buildings but with a modern twist. a lovely tree lined avenue to wander, sit and people watch and soak up the atmosphere.

“An interesting day”
Reviewed 17 June 2014

We took our pre school grand daughter to the Museum, Art gallery and War Memorial and then into Rundle Mall where she particularly loved the pigs. The Art Gallery had a hands on jewellery making area which we all enjoyed. Our grand daughter especially remembers touching the names of her great great uncles in the War Memorial basement who died in World War One. A. Very interesting and enlightening day .

“A variety of interests on one street.”
Reviewed 20 May 2014 via mobile

There are many and varying interests on North Terrace. From the newly expanded convention centre to the construction site of a new hospital. There is Government house, which is open to the public on certain days of the year. The State Library, Art Gallery and university are also there.
Towards the end of the year a jeweller by the name of Tiffany also opens a store.
The state War Memorial is also there and gets a large turn out for ANZAC Day.
Across the other side are more shops such as Myer and David Jones.
