Booked in at the last minute and were lucky enough to get an above ground room with air conditioning and a rollaway bed that a very disgruntled older lady pushed into our room half an hour after I'd been told to give them 10mins to prepare our room with the extra bed. Perhaps a new model fan would have blown better...it barely worked. The 'queen' sized bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower needed a good scrub and there were ants in the top drawer in our room that contained the tea, coffee and sugar.
We went for breakfast in the morning at the cafe. The staff were extremely unfriendly and the meal was extremely overpriced for what was served. We saw one man come in and the lady told him to take. Seat and she'd be with him shortly only for him to walk out 10mins later because she totally ignored him.
All in all very unfriendly staff who don't value their employment or their customers. Would not pay the money to stay there again.
