“Hobart Experience not to be missed”
Reviewed 26 November 2013

Amazing - the selection and quality of the food is fantastic. To choose one or two items is difficult so the only way to savoir the delicious breads, savories and and simply to "Die for" cakes and slices is to go back and back and back.

The staff are lovely and the owner was great to talk to - very humble man and very appreciative of feedback.

“Best sausage roll ever!”
Reviewed 21 November 2013 via mobile

This place is very busy & after we had the coffee, it's no wonder! We scored a little table outside on a sunny Hobart day & thoroughly enjoyed some coffee, the Moroccan lamb sausage roll & ham & cheese baguette...all superb, but you do pay for it.

“Wish every city would have a bakery like Daci&Daci”
Reviewed 21 November 2013 via mobile

What a wonderful gem, fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Loved every minute of it. Very French indeed.
The selection of breads, sweet treats, cakes and savoury delights is just wonderful.
I wish I'd live in Hobart I'd be a regular customer, that's for sure

“Breakfast”
Reviewed 21 November 2013

We arrived early 7am just as the doors opened on a weekday and when we left the place was starting to fill. I liked the novelty of the brioche with egg and salmon, but I was a bit disappointed as the salmon was very dry. I think it would be a great place for afternoon tea as the cakes and pastries all looked amazing!

“Great variety of food but very unfriendly waitress”
Reviewed 19 November 2013 via mobile

We were a group of nine for breakfast. The cafe had only a couple of tables occupied but the young waitress packed us on two adjoining tables and was not keen for us to utilize an extra table. Consequently we were packed like sardines.
We had a lovely variety of pastry. My wife ordered an English breakfast tea which tasted very earl greyish, but the young waitress was adamant it was the correct tea. However my wife has been a tea merchant for over thirty years!
A great experience marred by a less than friendly waitress who could do with a smile!
