Great location close to Salamanca Place and the waterfront. Staff are friendly and food is good pub fare - the seafood is a highlight. Rooms are fairly basic but adequate. Front rooms have views of the port area and out to the Derwent. Can be noisy when the pub downstairs is busy. Overall good value.
