“Unbelievable value for money”
Reviewed 20 May 2014

I cannot believe this hotel/apartment complex is only charging what it does for quality accommodation on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD... The tram is right outside the front door, or you can exercise your legs and walk to the city ... The rooms are effectively studio apartments, fully equipped for a short or mid-term stay, the décor is elegant and refined and the facilities are modern and fresh. The bathroom is positively gleaming and there are even balconies to enjoy some fresh air on as well ... A charge back facility with the café/bar downstairs makes it easy to order food in or there are a number of choices within a short walk... All in all the best value for money hotel in the area, and I have stayed at 3 others in the vicinity so it is an area I am familiar with...

We found the hotel to be in a useful position with access to public transport. Parking was available outside free at weekend or pay hourly in business hours. Hotel charges $20 per day for parking. The rooms were small but fully equipped and new. The cleaning staff was slow to arrive but helpful. The desk staff were very helpful. Our family had a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony which had a great outlook.

This hotel was great value for money. The modern and well equipped room was absolutely immaculate. Situated on St Kilda Road, public transport was no problem and considering the hotel is on a busy road, there was virtually no traffic noise.

Brilliant accommodation ! Value for money !
Very helpful ! Great location ! Fantastic Beds !
Just one down fall was that I must of not scene my discarded chocolate wrap and top off my soda water bottle top had accidentally fallen on the floor under my bed I was amused to find the housekeeper had carefully arranged the chocolate rapper and soda water top on my bed. I understand that she was trying to make a point !

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very elegant in appearance. The flexibility with the parking was appreciated - was able to leave my car there while I attended the final day of a conference, and was not charged an additional day, as long as it was gone by afternoon.

We enjoyed our first stay at this wonderful apartment hotel and it won't be our last! Excellent facilities within the 2 bed apartment. Comfortable beds, spacious, quiet and efficient aircon, full working kitchen with huge fridge, lovely big balcony with great views towards Albert Park. Clean and although we did have a small problem with our youngest inadvertently locking the toilet door on her way out so we couldn't get in again, the staff responded immediately and fixed the problem instantly. Good laundry facilities in room Staff were friendly and professional. Car park spacious and easy parking. Taxi and tram not far away. Quiet, quiet quiet perfect for families. Good competitive rates. We didn't try the in house menu but will next time. We were asked for a $200 deposit which was a first for us at any hotel. We understand why they feel the need to do this having seen the damage caused by previous guests but it still surprised us to be asked.

Room Tip: We asked for a quiet room and it was perfect.
