Stayed for one night, paid for by my work for a short business trip to Melbourne. The price is excellent for what is a comfortable space right in the middle of Melbourne City. You cannot beat the location, 2 minute walk to Bourke Street Mall and 3 minutes to Elizabeth Street. I found the room to be clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water and fairly quiet (maybe I got lucky having quiet neighbours). I was very impressed with this hotel, even though it was no frills it was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for a short trip.
