Our preferred accommodation is B and B but I couldn't find one convenient to the core of Melbourne so this hotel was our alternate choice. It was perfect for our needs. Large room, enough place to put all our stuff, quiet, clean, everything worked, nice and cheerful staff, decent wifi (free only in the lobby), close to transportation and restaurants and very reasonably priced for a big city.
