From the moment the doorman greeted us and took our bags, until the moment we checked out, this was a delightful experience. Visiting from England, we felt very much 'at home' within the traditional ambience of the Windsor, with the high quality breakfasts particularly worth a mention - unusual cooked treats, hot and tasty, served efficiently within a relaxed, traditionally decorated environment.
We couldn't fault the staff on concierge, reception or in the restaurant, who were unfailingly polite and friendly throughout our stay. Our superior room had everything we needed, and more, and the sense of 'coming home' was enhanced by toiletries from The White Company.
If you're looking for a traditional, grand hotel experience, the Windsor is the place to go!More
