Some of the staff did not seem to particularly care about its customers.
I had water spilled over me while one of the waiters was topping up my glass and they did not notice at first but when I drew their attention to it they replied with "it's only water." I understand that it is only water, it could have been juice, wine or beer but it was an apology I was seeking as anyone would expect from basic customer service. I called for the manager to speak to them in regards to the incident and surprise, surprise he was THE MANAGER, supposedly. What happened next was even worse, he said to me "there are more important things to worry about." He seemed as though he was trying to avoid the issue and did not want to take fault but to his credit he did hand me over a cloth to wipe myself down since "it was only water."
