I bought it from groupon, it was well worth the money... Two bedroom apartment is comfy. Only one downside, I can think of is the linen... My partner and I both couldn't sleep well for three nights... It feels like sleep in plastic bag.. Every movement of us can wake other up..

I am so happy to have found this hotel. Everything about it I love. Its close enough to everything in the CBD but also far enough away to avoid the 'rif raf'. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable and one of the best parts (for me at least) is the internet works!!! and its fast!!! Oh and the TV, it actually works like you would expect, as opposed to the ridiculous in-house systems in use at some hotels.

The room is a good size, a desk is available for working (which could be a little bit bigger but no big deal) and the bed is super comfortable. Also, I feel like stealing one of the pillows because they are so good. Don't worry management, I won't.

The lobby is trendy and bright and there is a restaurant/bar available that always seems to be buzzing with people.

Usually I stay in hotels organised by 'the company' but having organised this myself, the fact that the nightly rate is so good and facilities so wonderful, I struggle to understand why I usually end up in more expensive, inferior hotels in Melbourne.

This is now my 'go to' hotel when staying in the city.

Thanks Pegasus!

Room Tip: Try to get far away from the lift's, I noticed some very noisy but obviously 'happy' tra...

We had 5 nights in a well appointed, very clean apartment. The bathroom had new fittings and it had wonderful pressure in the shower. The beds were very comfortable. We had free wifi but it was slow at times - but it was free. Would have loved to have used the spa pool but it was a tad cold. The front desk staff, as others have mentioned, were very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: The lifts were a bit slow, so you wouldn't want to be too high up.

We stayed for a few nights in a studio room which had a well equipped kitchenette. On level 12 which had pretty good views and was quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady with short blonde hair... Sorry didn't catch her name. We dined in the restaurant every evening, which was good. Breakfast for $18 if you book the night before was fantastic. Everything you could think to have for breakfast was available. Rooms were clean. If there was anything to say on the not so positive side it would be that the hallway walls could do with a fresh coat of paint and the blinds in the room were a bit tardy and some chips out of the furniture. But these things were well outweighed by the location and helpful staff and value for money.

The room was spacious, so was the kitchen (which was really well equiped). The staff is very friendly and the hotel in general is very quiet. Though the best part of it is the location: 5mn away from Queen Victoria Market and just across the street from the train station and a tram station. About 10-13mn away from Central Station. A great stay.

We loved our stay here it was very clean and tidy had full kitchen so you coils cook your meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we were first timers in Melbourne. It is just around the corner from Queen Victoria markets were the food is superb. A short walk to the free tram and the free tourist bus which takes you all over the city. We had a fabulous time and would do it again.

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with 4 adults and my 1 year old daughter. There was plenty of room for us all and we never felt cramped. The bedrooms were a good size as were the living room/ kitchen and the bathroom. The room was obviously newly renovated so was new and very clean. The lobby and hallways were always tidy and the staff friendly. The location was great, really close to the markets and a short walk into the city centre. We had no problems with noise during our stay. We couldn't fault anything and would stay again.
