We booked via Bookings.com for the weekend of the Australian Open finals. Our room on the 17th floor had a view towards the Westgate Bridge. I liked some of the designer touches and the room was spacious and well thought out. The bed, whilst firm; was large and comfortable with nice crisp linen. Finally a hotel has worked out how to use a duvet cover. Our room was quiet with no transfer noise from other rooms (and the hotel was full) or white noise. The ipad docking station turned out to be a real treat as we were able to listen to our own music.
There were a couple of very minor oddities. The water jug didn't fit inside the fridge and the provision of tea and coffee was meagre. More importantly the lift was annoyingly slow. If this is all I can pick on then it must have been good.
The location would suit someone attending Etihad Stadium.
