We had a very relaxing 3 night stay with Margaret and doug. The breakfasts were excellent and a highlight of our day. We enjoyed the private deck and sitting area where we could cook our evening meal. We went on a town tour with Doug which was very informative. We were able to walk into town and also used the bus.

Thank you so much for your generous review.
We are glad that you enjoyed Doug's "tour". It is good to see him so proud of what his hometown has to offer and it is lovely to share it with people such as yourselves.
Peace if what we have tried to offer and we are glad that you found that.
Thank you for staying with us.

We were so comfortable at Reflections B&B. We stayed twice, before our 12 day trip in the Kimberly and when we returned. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were beautifully decorated. Each bed was very comfortable. Every breakfast was memorable. But most of all, it was wonderful to be with Margaret and Doug. From the moment we met, it was like we had always known each other and now were reconnecting. Doug and Margaret are the perfects hosts, making sure their guests needs are met, offering to drive people to town if they are going, picking up and delivering to the airport and keeping luggage if the guest is off and away for a while. It is in a quiet neighborhood and I would rent a car if I returned as there was only one evening restaurant close enough to walk to, but it was excellent.

Room Tip: Each room had advantages. If you want more than a room, the upstairs apartment would be a very good...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review after returning from your long, exhausting holiday.
We are glad that you felt at home as we did with you both. We do like our guests to feel like they blend in with the family a bit.
We are glad that we have a nice restaurant close by as it is too far to walk to anywhere else and too late for busses on your return.
We agree, a car in Broome is almost a necessity as it is a spread out town.
We are glad that you have some lovely memories of the place.
A most welcome review.
Thank you

A most pleasant place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a delightful outdoor dining area with a view to Roebuck Bay. Margaret and Doug couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and it was a shame our stay wasn't longer to make better use of Doug's extraordinary knowledge of the town's history. The breakfast was top notch and the evening meal we took advantage of was beautiful.

Thank you for your review. It was much appreciated.
I am sorry that we didn't organise warmer weather for you but fortunately, from Canberra, you did not feel the cool mornings too much.
We are glad that you enjoyed the atmosphere of breakfast on the verandah and, yes, it is soothing.
We wish you well in your future travels.

The location was in a quiet part of town but an easy walking distance to the bus.We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the bay. The menu changed daily but after noticing pancakes with banana and syrup I asked Margaret if it was possible to order them tomorrow.Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was beautifully presented.
As we flew into Broome late we prearranged for Margaret to cook us a Chinese meal...much appreciated. As Doug picked us up and drove us to the airport our stay was made easy.Use of the washing machine was an added bonus. At short notice Doug took us for a tour around Broome and explained the local history and attractions. We would definately stay again and have lovely memories of a warm couple who were there for their guests.

Thank you Margaret & Doug for two days of relaxation at your wonderful B&B after having spent 15 days on a 'four wheel drive' bus-truck tour of the remote Kimberley's. Your B&B upstairs Bali style apartment was just what we needed to unwind. Breakfast was wonderful, bed very comfortable, location great (able to walk the rocky beach of Roebuck Bay) and able to do our laundry after such a long trek on remote roads and tracks, gorges and waterfalls. Your knowledge of Broome's history especially the Chinese history was second to none Doug. Sorry we were unable to take advantage of the very clean pool at your B&B. Also thank you for running us around to China Town and lifts from Cable Beach Resort and to the Airport during your very busy lives.

Room Tip: Our room was up a spiral stair case (bags hoisted on a davit) and although we had no problem with th...

Bed was so comfortable, everything one wanted in a great stay, designer Oriental furnished rooms, pool, views, nothing was too difficult for Margaret & Doug to make the stay a perfect option.
Even if the web says it's booked, make sure you contact them directly via email or phone, just to make sure.
If you can make a booking you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: upstairs fully self contained unit has views as well as complete privacy.

Having visited Broome on three previous occasions we decided to find somewhere new to stay and after reading Trip Advisor we chose Reflections and we can confirm all the positive comments written about this B & B. We were originally booked for 3 nights but stayed 4 and would definitely return if we visit Broome again.

Margaret and Doug were the perfect hosts and looked after our every need. The B & B is well located away from the hustle and bustle of town however, it is probably best to have a car to make it easier to get around to visit all the sights and restaurants.

Fantastic breakfasts every morning followed by a dip in the pool before going of to explore the mysteries of Broome. Margaret and Doug know everything you need to know about Broome and Doug can take you back to the old pearling days and can also play the part of an impromptu tour guide.

Will recommend it to any of our friends visiting Broome.

Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable Jan and Lindley
