Beautiful little park down the road from where we are staying. It is like a little bit of paradise in the city. It is immaculately kept and the attention to detail is awesome. It might be small in size but it is beautiful and so well cared for.

Take a takeaway lunch and enjoy this little known garden. No shops onside but a lively spot to have an afternoon nap in.

Beautiful garden in the East of our city and great place for city workers to relax and enjoy their lunch breaks. Great place and very popular for wedding photos and other memorable times. A short 20 min walk down Hay st in the city centre to get to this lovely garden

This is a green oasis at the eastern end of the city right beside the WACA ground. There are beautifully manicured gardens where one can relax in the lovely Perth climate, on the grass or numerous park benches. Try to count all the various bird species in the park.

In some cities this little slice of manicured green would be a real standout. However in Perth it is just a nice diversion given the proximity to the CBD of the Botanic Gardens.

These gardens however shouldn't be missed by horticultural enthusiasts because they do provide a mellow wander - especially if you are staying at the opposite end of the CBD to the botanic gardens. With water features, quaint little wooden bridges and with no gradients to tackle this is also a friendly park for the more elderly tourist.
