“Fantastic staff, beautiful modern rooms, extremely clean, love this hotel!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 March 2012 via mobile

We recently stayed for 2 nights and Justin was extremely helpful by showing us a room prior to booking and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We were staying at Novotel Langley and were very disappointed and were looking for better accommodation. We definitely found it. Upon arriving at check-in all the staff made us feel very welcome. Justin organized early check-in and we had the privelege of relaxing in the Regency Club with a drink and beautiful view, while waiting for the finishing touches to the room. The room which was a suite was huge which was great for our wheelchair bound daughter. It was amazingly clean throughout, it is a nice change to have an immaculate bathroom with no mould. I give the cleaners/housekeepers 10/10, which is very rare. The Regency Club was superb as we went both evenings. The staff again very friendly and welcoming. The hors d'oeuvres were amazing.
My daughter loved this treat. It was very hot in Perth so Saturday we decided to lounge around enjoy movies on both flat screens and ordered room service. Next time in Perth we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Justin - you are truly amazing and give outstanding service

Dear jessygirl1991,
Thank you for sharing this wonderful feedback on your recent stay here and it is pleasing to know that you encountered a warm and friendly service from arrival through to check out. Our staff strives to go above and beyond to make every guest’s stay a positive one and we are proud to have achieved this for you. Yes the hotel is a little way out of the city but there is plenty of free buses outside. My room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was adequate although there were several filled holes in the tiles where fixtures have been removed. Excellent range of toiletries and the mini bar was well stocked. Good range of bars and restaurants.
The noise from the conservatory bar did infiltrate the room to the point that I had to turn on the TV to drown it out. It did quieten down later so wasn't a problem when I wanted to sleep.

Stayed here on business. In one of the king suites on the top floor which was nice but not as large as I had thought it might have been. Lounge on 8 th floor for drinks and canapés was great food of a good quality and service also very good. Location is a bit out of the way in east Perth not asante restaurants around as in the centre of the city

Dear Steve B
Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on your recent stay at Hyatt. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the Club Lounge drinks and canapés; it’s certainly a nice area to relax. For your next stay it may be of interest to you that we offer a complimentary shuttle service every weekday morning into the CBD. The Transperth buses are also free from the hotel to the city. For your stay next time, you may like to try one of the hotel’s restaurants; we have an oriental restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar on the lower lobby level and another award winning restaurant on the main lobby level. We hope to see you again soon so you can explore the hotel further.

We stayed at the Hyatt a couple of times in February - once for business when attending a conference and another for a family occasion, this time on Club level. The first stay was shocking with terrible service. We were upgraded to a suite but it wasn't that clean.

The second time we stayed was much better but we weren't offered the services of a porter. The Regency Suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean with a living area and a bedroom. We wanted to have lunch at Joes Diner but were disappointed to find out it was only open for dinner.

The Club lounge has the strangest layout we've seen - and is very small too. In the evening we had to sit upstairs as though in a corridor, with no aircon & isolated on our own!!! However, the canapes were good as was the breakfast the following morning. Thankfully there wasn't the number of people present for breakfast so we were able to find a table easliy. This Club lounge is more of a place to nibble and drink rather than relax.

The pool area is good with a decent pool and a bar service. There is also a tennis court.

The rooms were fairly noisy at night but not from outside or the lobby but rather the aircon and if anyone used the bathroom in neighbouring rooms you heard it too.

Thanks for posting your feedback regarding both your stays at our hotel. Your concerns have been highlighted to the relevant management teams so action can be taken. For your next stay you may be interested to know that Joe’s Oriental Diner is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday and dinner only on Saturday. It’s pleasing to hear you enjoyed the poolside area as this has recently been upgraded and is proving to be very popular with our leisure guests. I do hope to welcome you back to the hotel one day soon so that we can show you more of what the hotel has to offer.

After staying in beautiful hotels in WA I chose the Hyatt for our final night expecting it to be the best. It wasn't! The usual good facilities and cleanliness that you expect from the Hyatt were all there however from our check in where I specifically requested a quiet non smoking room with a river view and breakfast, seemed to be a bit much. I booked and paid for this through their site before arriving. I also rung the hotel direct as I was celebrating an event. I was given a low floor with no views initially which I didn't want. I then was upgraded but they charged me an extra $ 30. It was so noisy! The noise of the entertainment wafted through the atrium, then the hotel downstairs started up. The position of the hotel is awful. Away from everything. Take your earphones if you choose to stay here. If you want a better position try Rydges.

Dear DeborahWeekes
I appreciate you providing this feedback and sincerely apologise that you experienced a less than satisfactory experience in our hotel. While it’s pleasing to hear that you found the facilities and cleanliness throughout the hotel to be good, it’s disappointing to know that your request for a room with a view was not registered appropriately, inconveniencing you. While many guests enjoy the lively atmosphere of the hotel’s lobby, please be assured that your feedback has been passed on to our management team and checks have been put in place regarding noise level in the evenings. You may be interested to know that we offer a free shuttle service to the CBD every week day morning. The Transperth buses which stop outside the hotel are also free within the CBD. Prior to your next stay, may I suggest you email me direct at hrperth.gm@hyatt.com with your personal preferences so I can personally make sure you are well looked after. I look forward to welcoming you back one day soon.

Flew over for a work trip to Perth and the Margaret River. Checked in on Saturday 11th February and could not fault the hotel. Had a King Room which was fantastic with a beautiful view of the Swan River. The staff were very friendly and very informative when asked about where to go in Perth. The lobby bar is great and the breakfast was sensational. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: King Room overlooking the Swan

I had read mixed reviews, my daughter and I were delighted with our stay and found the room a twin river view room to be large compared to most. It was clean with great ammenities the lobby is delightful and a comfortable please to sit and relax.
The staff were without exception friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had a huge selection, have too say quite pricey though.
The Pool area was great and the pool itself clean and inviting, well equipped gym, the one small negative is location as it is a fair walk to the main city shopping area and further into Northbridge.
I would definetely stay here again and if you get a discounted price on your stay it is great value for money.

Room Tip: Double deluxe or river view room nice layout and spacious
