While this is a slightly older hotel the rooms we stayed in had been refurbished and was spacious and light, facing North. The facilities here are great - the gym is a good size, there is a spa , sauna and roof top pool (which again is slightly dated but otherwise is great. We always seem to get good value here but the food / beverage offers at the weekend during the day are limited to room service (breakfast and dinner available in the restuarant).

This is supposed to be a highly rated chain but my experience during several days in Perth was hardly acceptable.

The place had very little hot water and it came with little force when it did come. It was not isolated case as several other guests commented similarly.

The rooms are fine but if you like nice hot showers than go elsewhere
