“Great weekend in Perth”

Good location, big room and fully equipped (kitchenette, microwave and fridge).
The only bad thing is the internet connection, which is not for free. There is a fee to be paid if you want to have internet access.

My husband booked this hotel because we needed a night's accomodation in Perth to break up a long car trip to Geraldton. For the price he paid I thought oh no this will be dreadful. It wasn't ...beautifully appointed and very comfortable room. So convenient right in the heart of Perth's CBD. We travel to to Perth a lot from the country and would definitely consider staying here again. Excellent value for money.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to have a night in the city. The rooms are warm and as stated in a previous review the air con is very loud.
Room was nice, had a tiny kitchen area, bathroom and the rest was clean and tidy. I personally didn't like not having a view and looking out onto other windows(making you have to keep the curtains closed). We only stayed 1 night so it was ok but a longer stay I would have liked another room. The down side was that a family were in the room next to us and the kids were very loud-early in the morning- we have kids ourselves, however, they were banging furniture etc and you could hear everything.
Location was fantastic and close to bars/restaurants etc. Also the underground station is very close, so location wise it was perfect.
The staff were helpful and friendly

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view.

Well got to stay for 7 nights so glad I wasn't footing the bill would of been out of here after the first night will be telling my company of the poor experience and letting them know to book elsewhere in the future. The room air conditioner ... if these are not the noisiest air cond i have ever had in a room impossible to sleep with it on or hear the tv ...and cant open a window to let any air in... The main problem is no matter how many times you report it to the front desk all you get is we will send maintainance around they never come. Its like we know but don't care... And never have a car you need to park there is no parking you have to pay to park across the road in the Coles carpark another $25 a day but don't get your time mixed up when you park when your ticket runs out cause you get slugged another $20 to get out .... The other thing if someone smokes in there bathroom the smoke comes back out your bathroom vent I know this ain't really the management fault poor design so keep your bathroom fan on all the time.... And the noise through the walls there just gyprock so the sound goes straight through ...
My overall experience was poor ... House cleaning did a good job through the week the weekend housekeeping was poor (did not leave any tea or coffee)
Hope this helps you make a decision on where to stay in Perth .. Cheers

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip in a two bedroom apartment.
It was a nice apartment, balcony and a bathroom each.
Downside was - it was hot and the air conditioning wasn't that effective in the bedrooms but was freezing cold in the lounge room - that is until I turned it off for a while. It then didn't restart and had to have the maintenance crew come and turn the compressor back on.
Staff were friendly and the light lunch i ate in the bar was ok.

We stayed here for 1 night mid May. The location is perfect being close to everything. The room was spacious and had everything necessary. Breakfast was small but really nice with a good variety. All staff had a smile on their faces and were friendly. The only complaints were that our airconditioner was a bit noisy and the dinner menu in the restaurant was limited. On a 1 or 2 night basis we would definitely stay again.

One more week to go.

Overall the hotel is OK. If i was footing the bill - i would be asking for my money back. Will be suggesting to the company that they book elsewhere in the future.

Location: Excellent

Rooms are hot if you don't turn the AC on - you need to choose if you would like to stay awake and be cool or sleep and boil. AC is very loud. Did i mention very!!!!

Serviced apartments must mean the following: Change towels, make the toilet paper ends into pretty triangles and make the bed. They haven't passed the vacuum or so much as wiped down the suite. There has been a shampoo spot on the bathroom floor for 4 days now- sink needs a wipe. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a week, same lint in the same spots. They have a vacuum because i see it in the hallway. Tempted to borrow it to clean my room.

King size bed== two double beds with a split(lump) in the middle. Must be the new style

Laundry Facilities: Go buy new clothes. Only one floor has working machines. You need a loan to get your laundry dried - keep pumping money into the machine

Breakfast; 28$ for a buffet breakfast is wild but acceptable if the food is decent. I wanted to make waffles- picked up the small batter container and it was caked over. I showed to the young lady- she looked at it and just took it to the kitchen... Didn't say a thing and never brought back a replacement-- yes it was the last one.

Hallways: There has been a food tray in the hall for 2 days now.

Staff: Very friendly

That enough for now- i must turn off the AC so i can get back to bed
