We booked online through booking.com which usually has meant only a deposit taken for the first night. In this case the hotel accessed the full amount which meant we had to stay on here, luckily only for a couple of nights. We arrived an hour after check-in time to find the place closed and as we don't travel with a cell phone had to call the host from a neighbouring store. When we did get a room it wasn't quite ready as staff were off. There was a small fridge that didn't open fully due to the night table in front of it and it was stocked with candy etc that we didn't want to buy, but we did manage to get our juice and milk into it. The bathroom was modern but you need to take your own hand towels, bath mat and face cloth as only bath towels are provided and the shower gel was in a large bottle on the floor of the shower - we went out and bought soap. We thought the bathmat might arrive the next day but the bathroom was not serviced Breakfast was good, fruit, cereal, toast etc, tea was a bag in the cup, no teapots, and there's only seating for 4 so we don't know what happened if there were more guests. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet after 10 p.m. As we haven't been able to check our credit card bill yet we don't know just how much we were actually charged.

I stayed at Brewer Street for two nights while away for work. My room was clean, the staff (Helen) was friendly and helpful, and it was good value for Perth.
Only downside was my room being directly outside the dining room, which became a bit noisy in the morning. Will stay here again though.

My husband and I stayed here recently so I could attend a meeting nearby. I was happy with the room and found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent with a good selection included in the room cost. However, it was raining the night we stayed and there was a constant drip coming through the exhaust fan in the bathroom, leaving the mat and floor quite damp. Management had placed a rolled up towel underneath, but this was not sufficient. The wind also caused the doors to rattle frequently during the night, so there was not a lot of sleep happening. That said, I would stay again, if the weather was fine.

What a golden find, peaceful, clean, new, the most comfy dreamy ks bed EVER, own bathrm, sep loo, air con, flatscreen tv to watch from bed, couch, wardrobe, bar fridge with $2 chocs & soft drinks, parking + breakky included. Bargain! Tea & coffee avail to guests, help yourself. Couldn't believe how quiet it was! Friendly staff, happy to help, would highly recommend it speshly if u need quiet and r happy to go out for evening meal. Yummy light breakky provided. Some rooms share bathroom but mine (room 4 - HUGE) had ensuite.

Room Tip: Room 4 has the breakky rm right outside your door, so if u r not a morning person ask for another ensuite rm. There is 5 rooms but some share a bathroom.
