Great place to stay as the city is just outside your door step.
Over the bridge is North Bridge and the main train station is across the road. We always stay here when we come up from the country as the staff a very friendly and helpful

This hotel is in a great location, and close to the city and convention centre. If you are driving, you can get caught in a gridlock due to the amount of construction, and ensure you book your parking with the hotel as there are limited spaces.

Rooms are spacious, and well appointed for the price point. Fridge has some good mini bar items, and the room was very well maintained daily by cleaning staff.

Bedroom was small (when it had a king size bed in it), so little room to move around the sides, and it was a squeeze to put the bag stand in the room. Apart from that everypart of the room was very comfortable, with no noise issues, and the bed was comfortable.

As with many hotels, would like to see wifi included in the room charge ($22 daily charge).

Will stay again.

Great location, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Great for those that would rather have a small kitchen then eat out when travelling for business. All rooms have balconies which is a huge plus in my book.

Good location, close to railway. One bed apartment was spacious. Staff very professional and friendly. Pillows need to be replaced but other than that it s a great place to stay, have stayed before and will be back again when in Perth.

Recently stayed here for 4 days with work. The staff were approachable and friendly, and able to assist with most enquiries without any issues.

The apartment rooms are large and spacious, and the fridge stocked with good basics. A good service the Adina offers, is to pre-order any grocery supplies you may need for your stay ahead of time - this ranges from your basics (bread, milk, cereal) to meat, vegetables and fruit.

It took a few jiggles to work out how to place the room key in the slot to activate the lights, and would be difficult if you are tired or it is dark. I had to open the door and jiggle it around until it slid up a few times.

There is a Nespresso machine at reception that you can use with 4 types of pod's to choose from - however you do need to ask reception staff for a take away cup as there are none supplied at the stand.

The cleaning staff are very friendly - unusual comment, I know, however one knocked on my room before I checked out, and they were extremely friendly and apologetic. Nice to see the approachability to extend beyond just reception staff!

If you are a business traveller, Internet is available in room via a cable, at $22 a day. One tip is if you want to earn FF points during your stay, you will need to book through them direct, as I had booked via an online site, and was unable to earn points. Not a big deal, however wish I'd known this before. I took my own breakfast items, however there is breakfast available if you choose to pay extra.

The only minor points that took a small shine off the experience (and there are only very minor points) - there is not a lot of room on either side of the king bed in the bedroom. If you put your bag stand up, there is no room to move around the bed itself, so you need to either unpack your suitcase, or place the bag stand outside the door. Not too great if you are holding a business meeting in the main apartment area.

Also on the balcony outside, the table was extremely rusty. It isn't a big deal, however does take the shine" off the overall look of the room. The only other (minor) set back was that one morning there were no take away cups available for the Nespresso coffee at reception. Being a coffee lover this was disappointing, however the Receptionist offered me a ceramic mug that was appreciated.

Would definitely stay here again!
