Good self contained serviced apartments in a great location, close the railway and near Perth's main shopping precinct including ..supermarket (great for for self catering) and close to a good range of restaurants

Very friendly staff, rooms are good and a great size. The kitchen facilities were great for all our cooking and drinking needs. Would definitely stay again - good location. Beds comfy! Even had a washer and dryer in my room!

I stayed for 5 nights from 12 - 17 Jun and my family of 4 from S'pore enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful; the apartment was clean and modern. The location of the apartment was superb too.

The only gripe is that the mattresses could be due for replacement as some of them are already lopsided and flattened at certain ends.

Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to all staff at Adina. I would definitely recommend Adina to my friends and relatives.

Arrive at the hotel 11.00am after over night flight from Bangkok. Allowed to store our luggage at reception then we went for some bites. Came back 1.40pm sure enough they would let us check in but wrong we were told check in 2pm just like we never know Australia check in time. We sat at the lobby for 5 mnts then I try again and said to them it's 1.45pm we've been travel over night with 2 children sure you can't let us in as this isn't first time for us checking into hotel with 2pm check in policy, few times we even allowed check in almost an hr early. Wait for another few minutes for her to made a few phone call, finally!! Next day housekeeping coming in the middle of getting ready, so we told them to come back in half an hr but never came back until about 6pm when we back to hotel. But they even only started make up one bedroom so we decided just asked for fresh towel. Just the hotel with handy location, shopping and eating just few steps away.

4 of us (friends) enroute to Mauritius from Brisbane spent the night in a 2 bedroom apt. More than adequate for our needs. Only negative is that it was a bit noisy from night clubs close by, but didn't go on for too long after midnight.
Very enjoyable stay.

We arrived after midnight but check in was fast. The apartment was ok, a bit shabby but adequate. But the location of the hotel is unbeatable. A few minutes walk then you're at the shopping area of the CBD. Some people say why shop in Perth when you can shop in KL, but there are stuff in Perth you can't buy in KL ;) Supermarket is 5 minutes walk and is open daily. Barrack Street Jetty is about 10-15 minutes walk, the CAT bus stops right in front of the hotel and the train station is just nearby. The staff are great especially Linda who has been very helpful. Would stay st Adina again especially if they refurbished the rooms.

Room Tip: Request for higher room for better sleep.
