The hotel offers spacious rooms with a huge bathroom & shower and the very cozy bathrobes. Great that there was no noise from any direction and hence a good night sleep was appreciated. You can even self cater here if you wish.
We also had a self contained balcony with table & chairs with a view over the harbor. Its located next to Auckland University and there are two lovely parks close by. You should go for a stroll there if ever in the pullman. The nicer park is up the road 100 mtrs and on the right.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony

Just returned from 3 nights at The Pullman. The first night was in the older section of the hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, small separate lounge and tiny bathroom with shower over bath. Dated decor and with single glazing it was a noisy night. The following morning I asked if possible to change rooms and they were very obliging and gave us an upgrade to a one bedroom in the Residence. It was a lovely corner room with a large deck and though only on level 3 had the tiniest glimpse of the sea. Much more modern with a good sized kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

The pool area was fantastic. Cleanest we have experienced of late and really nice that one wall and the ceiling could be opened. Didn't get a chance to experience the spa unfortunately.

The breakfast was also very good. Great coffee and a really broad selection of foods on the buffet breakfast. It was continually restocked which was lucky as there were a few hungry sports teams staying at the time.

The staff were also very helpful and professional.

Room Tip: Always go for the rooms in the Residence. Modern spacious and quieter. Higher rooms probably have a good view of the harbour. Corner rooms have great wrap around decks.
