Stayed just one night. The welcome from staff was as tired as the hotel. Noisy area even from the 13th floor! Great view. We had a very large apartment, asked for 2 bedroom and found it was 3 bedroom. Great Size but not very clean, some walls had holes in them! The room next door was selling shoes from a hotel room. Thought this was very weird!!

Room Tip: We had a 2 bedroom apartment (which had 3 bedrooms!) Very tired looking apartment. Was on the 13t...

We stayed here on a Saturday, got a slightly cheaper deal from a voucher we puchased online.
Arrived early but couldnt check in till 2pm, left our bags which was convenient. The eceptionist was lovely.
From the outside the hotel doesnt look great but its good enough inside.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and had 2 seperate rooms, our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows so we got the evening sun which was lovely. Also a balcony.
There are facilities in the room including a dishwasher, we took advantage of the fridge to store our drinks.
Great location, only a short walk from the viaduct & the centre of the city.
The swimming pool wasnt very inviting, a bit dark & cold looking.
All in all a good place for a 1 night stay.

We were lucky enough to have stayed in this luxury apartment on our last trip to Auckland. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 13 floor facing the harbour view. With my hubby, 2yo and two sisters in tow, we were all to experience the jaw dropping sensation of walking into the room. The rooms are all a great size, with the master resembling a full on studio room in a regular hotel. With two clean and modern bathrooms, there was never a fight over mirrors. the layout is so perfect that you could be making noise in the lounge area and the bedrooms would still be silent. Kitchen facilities are like a home kitchen with all the clutter. Table can seat 12 people, so great for dinner parties.Location is perfect..5 minutes walk to Britomart train station or Westfield mall. 5 minutes walk to Sky City and Queen St. Good little eateries and restaurants everywhere. I could quite happily live there....it really does feel like a home away from home...

Room Tip: Level 13 is amazing, make sure you get a harbourside room...the view is awe insipiring!

The Hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel is very close to central business district. The room we had was on the second floor and it was very noisy. The bathroom was not very clean with a long black hair in the bath which was not ours as we both are grey and have short hair. There was a brown mark next to the toilet which I will leave to your imagination. There was popcorn behind the couch. The shelf in the glass cupboard was missing a plug so was tilted on its side. There was nothing to tell if it had been cleaned as in most hotels the cleaner leaves a note to say it had been cleaned and who by and asking you to rate the cleaning.

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms were clean. It was also very nice to have a kitchenette and a balcony. The staff was friendly, but nothing special. Parking was very expensive, and the front desk staff was unable to give me any idea of alternative parking places nearby. The room, bathroom, and TV were all quite small, and the beds were uncomfortable. I would recommend it if you're looking for a place downtown that's affordable, but do take the $30 parking and cost of wifi into consideration when you're comparing it with other hotels.

Convenient location, five minute walk to ferry terminsal, the Quay for restaurants & Queens Street shopping area too. Room reasonably spacious, and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen area was well fitted out with 2 hob cooker, fridge, microwave. Bathroom was large, but had one or two cracked floor tiles. Some traffic noise on workday mornings but quite at weekends. Pool rather small.

Room Tip: HIgher floor rooms will have better views and may be quieter.

Very happy with my stay at this hotel, it was just for a night. The beds were a bit awkward to sleep in, the mattresses were kind of hard. Aside from that, the TV worked well, the location was great, the service was great, and the staff charged me a smaller bond because I didn't live that far away, which I thought was nice. Thanks!
