Owner description: Ahoy! We have two 18 hole courses that are pirate themed for an ultimate experience of playing mini golf or the new name - adventure golf. Treasure Island was upgraded with new greens and features late 2015 so you'll have a great entertaining adventure as you putt through caves, past waterfalls, through tombstones, all around shark infested waters! We are affordable, suitable for all ages, wheelchair and buggy friendly and you can bring your own food to eat in our reserved area. We are ideal for birthday parties, corporate functions, teams and groups, hen's and stag do's and very family friendly. Come on down and show us your skills (or luck!).
Useful Information: Baby buggy parking, Food available for purchase, Activities for older children, Activities for young children, Wheelchair access, Lockers / storage, Bathroom facilities

Apart from the rather fluky 'hole in one' that 2 of us achieved on the same hole(!), I found this course quite challenging. The whole course layout is interesting, albeit a bit dated. The individual holes are more about their contours than having a novelty factor like most other mini golf courses I've played. We played the Captains course which, I believe, is a bit easier than the other one. Sometimes you don't get a choice, I understand, if the place is busy. Don't think you can go wrong though whichever course you play.
Well located close to the airport which enabled us to stretch our legs a bit before heading off on the next part of our journey.
If you suffer with hay fever, stay away as there are some strong scented shrubs around the place. Mature plants provide some shelter on a hot day.
Staff friendly, plenty of parking.

Thank LivNic

We had to pick up an Aunty from the airport so we took some time to have some fun at the minigolf. The course was very similar to one we played on at Dundonald in Northern Ireland. The pirate theme is fun and the course is interesting. A couple of 'holes in one' were achieved as the four of us went around.

We played the 'Blackbeard' course and took about 45 minutes to complete it. $38 for a family pass was a little bit pricey but it was a holiday adventure for us.
The kids are keen to return next time we are at the airport to complete the other course.

Probably a good enough recommendation in itself!
