I love Edwardian, everything, but this saved gem of that era is a standout on Auckland's waterfront. The 1912 structure is brilliantly used today for its original purpose which is to be your entrance and exit point for ferry excursions to Devenport,Whuheke and other Hauraki Gulf islands.
We indulged in one of its famous eateries and loved the ambiance and screaming colors . Go, ferry building.
