A large group of use gathered for a celebration at the Light Horse in Highbrooke right in the middle of the newish business district for brunch. We were asked to pre-order our brunch choices which we did. The restaurant was very accommodating and had our orders ready within minutes of being seated.
The service was great and attentive and the food was very good. I had a version of an eggs Benedict which was served on a hash cake which was unusual. Food was well presented and tasty.
This is a nice venue for a big gathering and there is free and paid parking around. The only disadvantage was finding the place as the GPS didn't pick the place up and I had to circle the building many times before I actually found the place not having been there before. The sign posting was not good.
