A Tuesday evening. Four courses, and no idea what you are going to be served. An opportunity for the chefs to experiment, and for guests to eat outside their comfort zone.
Every course was a burst of flavour, with the most amazing mixture of textures.
At the end of the evening you pay what you think it was worth and the money goes to Cure Kids, a very worthwhile charity.
It was fun, wondering what was coming next.
Fantastic service and attention to detail.
